Part time customer service jobs - night shifts

The role of Customer Service Assistant in one of our stores is a varied position. Providing excellent customer service to all our customers will be your priority, although as an integral part of a friendly store team, you’ll also assist in back area duties too. The types of duties you will undertake include serving customers, preparing food in our Wild Bean Cafe, cash handling, stock handling, cleaning and merchandising. This position will suit someone who takes pride in getting things right, enjoys variety and meeting new people.

We are now looking for night CSAs, you will be a self starter, confident in working without supervision. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible customer service experience. Your duties will include stocking shelves, cleaning and serving customers as well as preparing the food in the Wild Bean Cafe for the morning trade. We have two 32-40 hour positions available working from 10pm to 6am 4 to 5 nights a week, including weekends.

The pay starts at £5.95 an hour and rises after completion of your 12 week probationary and training period.
