Tandoori, curry and sweet Chef/Cook wanted Full time/Part time for Indian cuisine

An excellent employment opportunity is currently available for an experienced Tandoori, Curry and sweet Chefs to join the new Indian Restaurant located in Antrim area. In this role, you will take responsibility for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, sweets and to perform all duties needed in an Indian Kitchen. We require 3-5 years work experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of Indian cuisine is also essential. Salary/Rewards to experienced and skilled person.
The job will be to supervise the day to day operation within the kitchen and staff restaurant and you will be responsible for 1 general assistant. The chef manager will have overall responsibility for staff management and training, menu development, costings, ordering and stock take. You will also be required to attend weekly meeting the with general manager.
