Pub Cook/Chef close to Shepton Mallet/Wells

Newly established pub in Mendip area looking to recruit chef/cook to manage kitchen operations.

Should be able to work solo and as part of a small team; be able to plan effective menus, manage costs and budgets, deal with suppliers and be willing to grow and develop with the business.

Must be able to produce quality 'pub grub' as well as daily/weekly specials. Would suit newly qualified chef or one looking to expand into running own kitchen.

Salary and package negotiable with possibility of accommodation for right candidate.
