The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around 20-35K plus an impressive OTE. Holiday entitlement is 22 days increasing with service plus Bank Holidays with many other company incentives including London weighting.

The Recruitment Brief:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable client base through a proactive, planned, sales approach to current and prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a pool of assessed and motivated candidates in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.
You will ideally be from the IT Recruitment sector and have a genuine interest in this sector. Successful candidates will be tenacious and sales hungry.
The successful candidate will be a strong sales focused individual that is capable of billing 100K per annum or if in temp role have 20-30 contractors out.

The Person Spec:
Our client would like people from a IT Recruitment market who have a strong billing background. They are keen on your personal characteristics; you'll need to be bright, driven by sales and money motivated.
You might be someone who currently takes the long commute into London, passing Crawley daily, who now thinks something closer to home would in fact be ideal for you.
You'll be a self-motivated person; aware of the actions you need to take to achieve your goals. Those with a stable IT Recruitment background are highly desirable, Perms or Contract any vertical market.
