Sales and Lettings Negotiator - £20-£25k OTE

We are an establishing Estate Agency based near Algate East tube station with a reputation for customer focus who deal with residential sales and lettings for a variety of cliental all over East London.

As a sales and lettings negotiator you will be responsible for updating available properties, qualify tenant and landlord enquiries, acquire new instructions, book and attend viewings, and agree offers.

You must be willing to work as part of a forward thinking, dynamic and fast-paced team and be presentable, enthusiastic, well spoken, have a polite a manner & professional with good communication / closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales opportunities, through efficient responses to enquiries
- Registering enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants and booking appointments
- Arranging client valuations
- Preparing property details accurately for advertising
- Keep clients informed of progress with the status of their property.
- Follow administration procedures to ensure a swift sale/let without compromising service.

Skills required
- Target Driven
- Well organised
- Self motivated and able to work using initiative
- Computer literate
- Punctual and a reliable self starter

Experience
Experience as a sales/lettings negotiator would be an advantage but not essential. However you should have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

You must have a full clean driving license and your own car and have knowledge of the local area.
