The Role: Working to try to generate proposal forms (insurance application forms) you will be speaking to clients from a range of industries such as Accountants, IFAs and Surveyors. The role involves calling decision-makers at various companies at the time of their Professional Indemnity Insurance renewal. By submitting their proposal form (often already completed for their existing insurer) we can then offer them a no-obligation quotation.

This is a role with development opportunity but utlising telesales skills to achieve results. Your responsibility will initially end once you get clients to send in their form – meaning you get rewarded whether they book with PYV or not.

PYV is however still a dynamic and vibrant organisation which through its people has emerged as a market leader in the provision of PI insurance. The Person: You will be enthusiastic, driven, ambitious and articulate. You will be able to make a high volume of phone calls per day in order to hit your targets. You must have the sales panache required to succeed in a commission based job. Excellent role for a university student looking to gain some business experience.

You need not apply unless you have an excellent use of the English language, the motivation to work to targets, and the ability to sell snow to Eskimos!

Key Skills – driven, articulate and able to build rapport over the phone

The Package: Due to the flexible nature of this position, you are paid on an hourly basis of £7. You then earn commission based on how well you do – typically this will be £5 per proposal form you get in (although this may vary from campaign to campaign).
