We are London’s leading charity for homeless people – opening our doors day in day out to homeless and vulnerable people, enabling their recovery, and working to prevent rough sleeping in the first place. Each year we enable over 10,000 change their lives for good.

We are looking for a Health Support Advisor to provide support to clients of a St Mungo’s hostel in Earls Courts, accessing appropriate health care, and support to staff, management and external partners in ensuring adequate healthcare provision for our clients. Amongst other things you will work in partnership with outside agencies, and support accommodation staff to achieve an annual reduction in unnecessary ambulance call outs.
