Experienced, Dynamic Chef required

We are a friendly village pub located in a village close to Windsor and Maidenhead with a reputation as one of the best pubs in the area for great quality food
Due to our current chef leaving soon, we seek a new chef with the same passion for food as we have. You should be keen to produce homemade food of high quality and have a desire to create exciting dishes for our menu and specials boards. You will be responsible for the total running of our kitchen including menu planning, stock ordering, profit margins, health and safety and keeping the kitchen within EHO standards. The successful candidate will have food hygiene certificates and at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position in a busy pub/restaurant. Salary dependant on experience and age
