Trainee consultant - permanent IT recruitment

Full training will be provided. This is a 8 week professional apprenticeship. Expenses will be paid.

If the apprentice closes a deal within the 8 week period then they will automatically be offered a full-time role with the company with a competitive annual salary and industry leading commission package.

The job would include cold calling business introducing your self and selling the services and benefits on offer. The role is predominantly telephone based, however at most consultancies you are encouraged to go and meet your clients and also meet your candidates face to face.

Once you have got in front of your client you will then take detailed job specifications from them to find out exactly what they are looking for. From there you will match to the spec using your existing database, advertise, head-hunt), network etc to source the correct person for your client.

Extensive Organising, negotiating and rapport building is involved within this role.
