Head of Marketing

* Responsible for all consumer and trade marketing for the business.
* Ability to develop and build on our social media strategy. twitter, facebook etc
* Must have at least 4 years experience in digital marketing (eg PPC, SEO, partnerships), brand development and communications including PR, and a track record of delivering exceptional results in a practical, hands-on manner.
* Create and maintain marketing strategy for the UK and French (re-launching next year) products.
* French Speaking a bonus but not essential
* Experience with childcare / parenting websites a bonus but not essential
* Measurement and analytical thinker
* Ability to apply data insight and research findings to inform website planning.
* Some business development experience - dealing with our partners and identifying new opportunities for the product
