Manager - Sales / Recruitment

A unique opportunity in the Southampton area for entrepreneurial professionals in the sales, recruitment and training fields. We are looking for 5 key people with real drive to create, develop and manage strong teams. It is essential you are ambitious, persistent, and prepared to work to create an income of over £100,000+ per annum.
Goal oriented, enthusiastic, determined, competitive team players will be joining the most successful team in the UK to spearhead our company's rapid expansion programme here and across Europe. Leaders will achieve outstanding packages including OTE's of £100K + Car Allowance up to £6,300 + Profit Share + International Travel.
You will be working with a well-established multi-national company, with a global turnover well in excess of $2bn. Active in the UK since 1993, with a remarkable 41% growth over the last three years, resulting in sales of over £36m. This unbroken success stems from providing the corporate framework to encourage, stimulate and support individual effort and excellence. Exceptional people are exceptionally rewarded.
To help you achieve success, building on your own strengths, we have in place a superb system of training and support, that has seen the company receive the Investor In People Award. In addition, key members of our group, who can initially work part-time, will be trained by world leaders in our industry, ensuring that annual incomes of £80 - £100K are achievable and sustainable.
