Salary / Pay £12.00-£16.00 per hr session/depending on qualifications and experience.

Football, Gymnastics, Athletics, Foundation Funfit, Dance, Mini Fencing, Dodgeball, Kwik Cricket, Athletics, Tag Rugby, Tennis, Tri-Golf, Sumo, Rock it Ball, Netball and Swimming. Fundamentals KS1 and KS2 plus many more - including the coaching of School Sports Teams.

You'll need to be reliable, committed to delivering to the highest standards, suitably qualified yet keen to progress and very good at what you do.
Due to a high demand for our services, we have opportunities and suitable hours to suit most people's circumstances and availability. We are currently looking for coaches to deliver the following sessions: Breakfast Clubs, Lunchtime Clubs & After School Club Sessions (All sessions approx 1hr)

Please note a CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) check is required to undertake these posts
Applicants should have a proven track record and some experience of coaching children between the ages of 5 and 12 years; sports whether this is voluntary or paid and should also have experience of working with a range of people.
Coaches should be certified to at least Level 2 in their chosen sport, or be working towards a Level 2 qualification. Sports Xtra are committed to supporting and developing its coaches and follow the guidelines set out by the Herts Sports Partnership for their employment and deployment of coaches across the county.
Minimum Coach Profile

Herts and/or Essex Enhanced CRB – Sports Xtra can provide this at a cost to the coach of £57.00
Valid First/Emergency Aid Certificate
Valid Child Protection Certificate
National Sports Association Accredited Level 2 Coaching Award
Experience of coaching children between 5 and 14yrs
UK NI number
Two current references
